YEYSEU PROVIDES THE INFORMATION, SERVICES AND PRODUCTS AVAILABLE ON THIS WEB SITE “AS IS”, WITH NO WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER. SERVICE AGREEMENT
This agreement is made between YEYSEU and the subscriber (hereafter called “Member”) of any of the services provided by this site. Both parties to this Service Agreement agree that the terms outlined here are reasonable and agreeable.

1. YEYSEU shows advertisements and/or offers for other products in this site and all Member sites using web forwarding, web hosting and DNS services. YEYSEU has no ownership interest in these other products, services, or other advertised items. And as such makes no warranty, either express or implied, as to these other products, services, or other advertised items and the use thereof. You agree that the site will report information concerning advertising banners viewed and clicked on.

2. YEYSEU reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service with or without notice to any Member. YEYSEU shall not be liable to any Member or any third party, to exercise its right to modify or discontinue the service.

1. Information may be changed or updated with or without notice. The YEYSEU Network member’s or third party’s continued use of the domain name service constitutes an affirmative agreement by the YEYSEU Network member or third party, of the terms and conditions and its modifications.

2. Once the subscriber becomes a Member of the YEYSEU Network, receives an account. Members are entirely responsible if they do not maintain the confidentiality of their passwords and account information. Furthermore, members are entirely responsible for any and all activities which occur under their accounts and their domain name(s).

3. Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless YEYSEU, its employees, officers, agents directors or successors, from all fines, penalties, losses, claims, expenses or other liabilities, resulting in or from connection with this Service Agreement.

4. YEYSEU assumes no liability of the Member for the Member’s failure to follow and adhere to the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement, and any results caused by the acts, omissions or negligence of the Member, its subcontractor(s), agents, employees, or directors, or any of them, including, but not limited to, claims of third parties arising out of or resulting from, or in any manner in connection with, the Member’s products or services, messages, programs, caller contracts, promotions, advertising, infringement or any claim for defamation, libel or slander, or for violations of copyrights, patents, trademarks, service marks, or other intellectual property rights.

5. YEYSEU assigns subdomains under the YEYSEU second- level domain, provides DNS service, web forwarding service, web hosting service, e-mail service and statistics service. YEYSEU collects information of visitors, including the domain name, visited pages, referring URLs, and other publicly available information. YEYSEU uses this information, which does not personally identifies the visitors, to help improve its web site and services, and to customize the content of its pages for each individual consumer.

6. Any YEYSEU domain registration takes 1 to 7 days from the time or registration to become active. Please make sure you, as a member, have entered all the information we require to expedite the process.

7. Domains registered must be kept active continuously. If any domain becomes inactive for one month, YEYSEU will delete the domain in YEYSEU’s registry and will make it available for registration. Hording of domains a member will not use is not allowed.

8. Any YEYSEU domains registered through this site must be at least 4 character in length. If a domain with less than 4 characters is registered through this site then the member can immediately log in to YEYSEU’s member’s area to modify the domain name the member registered. Otherwise, YEYSEU will not register the domain.

DOMAIN ASSIGNMENT POLICY
Special exceptions to certain of the following restrictions may be proposed via e-mail to info@nicYEYSEU.

1. Registrants must agree at the time of registration that, to the best of their knowledge, the name they are registering does not violate trademark law in their own jurisdiction.

2. Members can register any number of domain names.

3. Members can register only ONE domain name per site. We define a ’site’ as a group of web pages which contents refer to a single idea or purpose and/or share a similar graphic design style. YEYSEU may require the payment of a maintenance fee for all domains that point to the same site.

4. YEYSEU reserves the right to deactivate domains for web sites that contain little content, unreadable content or those, which have less than 10 hits in the last 31 days or 1 month. In such case YEYSEU may delete that domain name without notice.

5. For sites using DNS services, Members agree to place a reference link to the YEYSEU site, in the page to which the domain refers. If subdomains are used, every page accessible through a subdomain must contain reference link. Also, Members agree to include the full unmodified HTML code provided by YEYSEU. All YEYSEU HTML codes must be placed on a page such that the people visiting that page will see and notice the reference link. YEYSEU reserves the right to verify the placement and correctness of its HTML code through any means.

6. YEYSEU reserves the right to place banner ads as pop-up windows or as frames into the Member’s site. Members can pay a small maintenance fee to keep their sites free of banners.

TRAFFIC POLICY
1. The free domain name, free DNS service, free web forwarding service and free hosting service will be provided under regular site traffic conditions.

SITE CONTENT POLICY
1. No YEYSEU domain may be used, directly or indirectly, by any site that contains pornographic material or links to pornographic sites, encourages racism or illegal activity, provides instructions or discussions about performing illegal activities, engages in libelous or harassing activities, promotes or utilizes software or services designed to deliver unsolicited e-mail, is otherwise inappropriate or that is against the statutory laws of any Nation.

2. No YEYSEU domain may be used, directly or indirectly, by any site that contains any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, infringing, or threatening content. Members are solely responsible for the content you make accessible through YEYSEU.

3. No YEYSEU domain may be used on web pages which display unauthorized copyrighted content and images loaded from other site without permission of the owner of such web site.

4. YEYSEU is not obligated to monitor the Network to examine available content. Members hereby acknowledge that YEYSEU is made aware of content that is determined to be, in its sole discretion, unacceptable, undesirable, offensive, indecent, obscene, excessively violent or otherwise objectionable, YEYSEU has the right,but not the obligation, to edit, remove or deny access to such content.

Below are some examples of non-acceptable content or links:

Adult Sites – Any erotic or pornographic material, links to adult sites, or advertisements for adult sites.

Pirated Software (Warez) – Any software that is copyrighted and not freely available for distribution without cost; i.e. ROMs, ROM Emulators and MPEG Layer 3 files (MP3).

Copyright Violations – Violation of copyrights held by individuals and corporations or other entities can result in civil and criminal liability for the person infringing the opyright policies.

Hacking/Phreaking – Includes sites with material, links, or resources for hacking, phreaking, viruses, anarchy, or any type of site that promotes or participates in willful harm to Internet Sites or Providers.

Phishing – Criminally fraudulent processes of attempting to acquire sensitive information such as usernames, passwords and/or credit card details by masquerading as a trustworthy entity in an electronic communication.

ANTI-SPAM POLICY
1. In the event that any YEYSEU domain which, in our judgment, has been used for any unlawful purpose, including theft of email service, or as a source of unsolicited bulk email or as an address to use for replying to unsolicited bulk email, then YEYSEU reserves the right to immediately deactivate without refund any YEYSEU domain name until the necessary assurances are obtained from the owner of such domain name.

IN THE EVENT OF YEYSEU BEING ADVISED BY ANY PARTY THAT A SPECIFIC SITE BREACHES ANY CONDITION OF THIS AGREEMENT THEN YEYSEU RESERVES THE RIGHT TO IMMEDIATELY DEACTIVATE THE MEMBERS ACCOUNT WITHOUT NOTICE.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DETERMINE WHAT VIOLATES THIS POLICY. AS SUCH, ANY VIOLATION WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE DEACTIVATION OF SERVICES. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE OR CANCEL SERVICE AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION.
